Informace k sezóně MTB World Series 2026
Níže a v příloze naleznete dokumenty vztahující se k sezóně MTB World Series 2026, včetně informací k úvodnímu závodu série, který se uskuteční v Jižní Koreji.
Předpokládá se, že všichni registrovaní sportovci a sportovkyně obdrží veškeré potřebné informace prostřednictvím oficiální platformy pro registrované účastníky MTB World Series, a to jak e-mailem, tak prostřednictvím komunikační skupiny WhatsApp.
V případě, že by tyto informační kanály nefungovaly správně, je možné kontaktovat organizátory na e-mailové adrese cycling.athletes@wbd.com. Do kopie doporučujeme zahrnout národního koordinátora Davida Vichra a reprezentačního trenéra Viktora Zapletala.
Součástí sdílených materiálů je také tabulka s finální konfigurací sportovců, kteří se kvalifikovali do seriálu MTB World Series 2026, a to na základě výsledků v závodech MTB Kontinentální série 2025 a dále dle výsledků v juniorských kategoriích (Art. 4.10.001).
Z pohledu české reprezentace se kvalifikace týká následujících sportovců:
- Jan Sáska (Elite muži)
- Amálie Gottwaldová (U23 ženy)

I would like to share some important information ahead of the first round of racing in South Korea.
Entries
Please be aware that we have had to postpone opening the entry system for South Korea until Tuesday 31st March to allow further testing of new server infrastructure. Apologies for the delay, and thank you for patience.
Please note – Riders can still access their Rider Dashboard and can login now to accept their 2026 Rider Agreement. Completing this step in advance will help speed up the entry process.
I will contact you again on Tuesday once the entry system is live to confirm, and to share an updated Entry Guide outlining the new entry processes.
Accreditations
National Federation accreditations (season-long) have now been produced and will be distributed at Rider Confirmation at your first event of the season. See the table below for Onsite Access allocation.

Bib Deposits
National Federations are entitled to 1 Team Bib per format.
Please note that the process for Bib deposits has changed for 2026, and is now online only.
To request 2026 season Bibs in time for South Korea, please email cycling.athletes@wbd.com by Friday 24 April.
A €50 deposit must be paid in advance of the event.
Once your request has been received, Sports Services will send a payment link.
Payment must be made online prior to arrival, no later than end of day Monday 27 April. There will be no payment facilities available onsite and cash cannot be accepted.
Bibs will not be issued unless payment has been made.
