O tom by asi nejl\u00e9pe mohli vypov\u00eddat z\u00e1stupci klub\u016f a jednotliv\u00fdch sport\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se jenom zt\u011b\u017eka sna\u017e\u00ed udr\u017eet sv\u00e9 sporty a t\u00fdmy nad vodou.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Asi nejv\u00edce alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed skute\u010dnost\u00ed jsou sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed se po\u010dty pravideln\u011b sportuj\u00edc\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by sv\u016fj sportovn\u00ed z\u00e1klad m\u011bly dost\u00e1vat u\u017e na \u00farovni hodin \u0161koln\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy a n\u00e1sledn\u011b v nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch sportovn\u00edch krou\u017ec\u00edch a klubech, kter\u00e9 jim svou odbornost\u00ed\u00a0\u00a0a d\u00edky know-how na\u0161ich tren\u00e9r\u016f, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v neju\u017e\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci s rodi\u010di, pomohou z\u00edskat celo\u017eivotn\u00ed z\u00e1jem o sport a tr\u00e9ninkovou pravidelnost, ze kter\u00e9 budou n\u00e1sledn\u011b t\u011b\u017eit a\u017e do pozdn\u00edho v\u011bku a tuto filozofii i pozd\u011bji p\u0159edaj\u00ed sv\u00fdm d\u011btem.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pokud tento jednoduch\u00fd proces nyn\u00ed podcen\u00edme a nepom\u016f\u017eeme sportu na \u00farovni st\u00e1tn\u00edch instituc\u00ed a prosperuj\u00edc\u00edch firem p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt sou\u010dasn\u00e9 velmi slo\u017eit\u00e9 obdob\u00ed, v\u0161e se u\u017e v bl\u00edzk\u00e9 budoucnosti negativn\u011b projev\u00ed na kondici cel\u00e9 na\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti\u2026&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>V souvislosti s v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdm je pot\u0159eba vyzdvihnout \u00fasil\u00ed a ob\u011btavost v\u0161ech, kte\u0159\u00ed se navzdory nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m nad\u00e1le sna\u017e\u00ed rozv\u00edjet nejenom cyklistiku, ale sport v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice obecn\u011b. Z\u00e1jem o cyklus odborn\u00fdch semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f Cycling University jenom dokl\u00e1d\u00e1, jak po\u010detn\u00e1 je komunita, kter\u00e9 nen\u00ed lhostejn\u00e1 sportovn\u00ed budoucnost na\u0161\u00ed zem\u011b.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>V roce 2023 pl\u00e1nujeme uskute\u010dnit dva celodenn\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159e Cycling University.<\/em> <em>Ten \u00favodn\u00ed prob\u011bhne v \u00fater\u00fd 7. \u00fanora 2023 od 10:00 hodin v Konferen\u010dn\u00edm s\u00e1le \u010cesk\u00e9 unie sportu v Praze na Strahov\u011b.<\/em> <em>T\u00e9matem bude jenom m\u00e1lo prob\u00e1dan\u00e1, ale t\u00edm zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed oblast sportovn\u00ed v\u011bdy: Psychika sportovce, psychologie sportu a ment\u00e1ln\u00ed tr\u00e9nink.\u00a0Pozv\u00e1n\u00ed na semin\u00e1\u0159 p\u0159ijal sv\u011btov\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fd expert na tuto problematiku a spolupracovn\u00edk Cycling University, Jan\u00a0M\u00fchlfeit.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Velmi V\u00e1m doporu\u010duji tento semin\u00e1\u0159 a n\u00e1slednou diskusi absolvovat. Mezi \u010dast\u00e9 projevy pat\u0159\u00ed chronick\u00e1 \u00fanava, ztr\u00e1ta s\u00edly a vytrvalosti, opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se nemoci nebo nechu\u0165 tr\u00e9novat. To ale zdaleka nen\u00ed v\u0161echno, k \u010demu ho n\u00e1\u0161 organismus pot\u0159ebuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je jeho \u00fa\u010dinek na metabolismus v\u00e1pn\u00edku a fosforu \u2013 ovliv\u0148uje jejich vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed z potravy, vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed mo\u010d\u00ed i ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed do kost\u00ed. Jeho nedostatek pak m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k \u0159\u00eddnut\u00ed kost\u00ed (osteopor\u00f3ze) a zvy\u0161ovat riziko zlomenin. Proto\u017ee reguluje r\u016fst bun\u011bk, m\u00e1 vitam\u00edn D vliv na fungov\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9ho organismu. P\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch hladin\u00e1ch (ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 30 nanogram\u016f na mililitr krve, ng\/m) je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko chronick\u00fdch bolest\u00ed sval\u016f, ale i psychick\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad depres\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je to, \u017ee stimuluje aktivitu imunitn\u00edch bun\u011bk. Nedostatek se m\u016f\u017ee projevit opakovan\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi zejm\u00e9na respira\u010dn\u00edho traktu a jejich hor\u0161\u00edm, del\u0161\u00edm pr\u016fb\u011bhem. Dopln\u011bn\u00ed hladiny m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k n\u00e1r\u016fstu hladiny testosteronu a to m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed sportovn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A co je vitam\u00edn D vlastn\u011b za\u010d? Je to steroidn\u00ed hormon, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jeho struktura vych\u00e1z\u00ed z cholesterolu a je rozpustn\u00fd v tuc\u00edch \u2013 to mu umo\u017e\u0148uje proch\u00e1zet bun\u011b\u010dnou st\u011bnou a ovliv\u0148ovat metabolismus bu\u0148ky zevnit\u0159. Tak\u00e9 to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jeho vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed napom\u00e1haj\u00ed tuky v j\u00eddle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Doporu\u010den\u00e1 denn\u00ed d\u00e1vka vit. D je 600IU\/den pro mu\u017ee i \u017eeny. U sportovc\u016f jsou v\u0161ak n\u00e1roky vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, proto se doporu\u010duje a\u017e 2000IU za den. Doporu\u010den\u00ed se li\u0161\u00ed podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch hodnot sportovce. P\u0159irozen\u011b je z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n za pomoci slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed (UVB slo\u017eka), kter\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed samotn\u00fd vitam\u00edn z jeho prekurzor\u016f v k\u016f\u017ei. Na dostate\u010dnou d\u00e1vku sta\u010d\u00ed 10-15 minut denn\u011b, pokud m\u00e1te odhalenou v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla (u n\u00e1s to plat\u00ed od kv\u011btna do z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, pokud se slun\u00edte mezi 10 a 16 hodinou). Vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed je men\u0161\u00ed u osob s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed melaninu v k\u016f\u017ei (tmav\u0161\u00ed ple\u0165) a tak\u00e9 pokud pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te opalovac\u00ed kr\u00e9m s vysok\u00fdm UV faktorem. Z potravin najdeme vysok\u00fd obsah v mo\u0159sk\u00fdch ryb\u00e1ch, nejv\u00edce sle\u010f, m\u00e9n\u011b pak losos \u010di sardinky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 M\u00e1lokdo dok\u00e1\u017ee udr\u017eet dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem zejm\u00e9na b\u011bhem zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, proto se doporu\u010duje suplementace. Voln\u011b dostupn\u00e9 jsou kapsle\u00a0Vogantolvit, kapky\u00a0Vigantol\u00a0V\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edepsat l\u00e9ka\u0159, kdy\u017e zjist\u00ed n\u00edzkou hladinu vitam\u00ednu D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zak\u00e1zan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky WADA od 1.1.2023<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Od nov\u00e9ho roku nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zm\u011bny, pouze byly na seznam p\u0159id\u00e1ny nov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edklady l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 jsou ji\u017e zak\u00e1zan\u00e9. Na tyto l\u00e1tky se ji\u017e testovalo a penalizovalo se za n\u011b, ale na seznam jsou p\u0159id\u00e1ny a\u017e te\u010f od roku 2023.\u2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anabolick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Androst-4-ene-3,11,17-trione (11-ketoandrostenedione,&nbsp;adrenosterone)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 17\u0251-methylepithiostanol (epistane)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;Ractopamine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; S-23<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; YK-11-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hormonov\u00e9 a metabolick\u00e9 modul\u00e1tory:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0Apitegromab<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diuretika a maskovac\u00ed l\u00e1tky:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Torasemide<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manipulace s krv\u00ed a krevn\u00edmi komponentami:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;Voxelotor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stimulanty:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1,3-dimethylamylamine (1,3 DMAA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1,4-dimethylamylamine (1,4-DMAA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0Solriamfetol<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 D\u00e1le bychom upozornili na \u201cnov\u00fd\u201d\u00a0kanabinoid\u00a0pod n\u00e1zvem HHC(hexahydrokanabinol), kter\u00fd je zat\u00edm leg\u00e1ln\u00ed a pom\u011brn\u011b jednodu\u0161e k sehn\u00e1n\u00ed. HHC m\u00e1 podobn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky jako THC. V seznamu od WADA jsou zak\u00e1z\u00e1ny l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed podobn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky jako THC. Pozor!
